Premier Oncology always follow the insurance company rules. We would like to inform to all our new and existing patient that we normally don’t give any guarantee for acceptance of below listed companies at the time of your visit, as insurance contracts may change. Even it may happen that your insurance company does not list us as providers. Once any new patient visit us, prior commencing our involvement  or seen by our doctor we always prefer to notify them about insurance and coverage. In many cases, patient’s  insurance company may require them to pay a copay or a deductible at the time of the visit.
