Board-certified medical oncologists Dr. Mohammad Riaz and Dr. Shagufta Naqvi provide the most current cancer therapies available, with treatment plans built around each patient’s needs, family and daily life.
Dr. Riaz and Dr. Naqvi are a husband-and-wife team of board-certified medical oncologists serving Katy and Greater Houston. They understand the time pressures and responsibilities patients and families carry, and they plan treatment to fit around work, family and the things that matter most.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Palliative Medicine, with a Palliative Medicine Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Riaz treats his patients like family, relieving pain, anxiety and loss of appetite so they can live each day as fully as possible.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology, with a special interest in breast cancer. Dr. Naqvi builds individualized treatment plans that fit each patient’s lifestyle, with as little disruption to daily life as possible.
